(Scoop)Jackson <br /> AMOUNT: $2,500 <br /> FUND SOURCE: 100-511014101011 <br /> CONTRACT DURATION: Execution until termination as provided herein <br /> CONTRACT FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROJECT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made by and between SNOHOMISH <br /> COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (the "County"), and the CITY OF <br /> EVERETT, a Washington municipal corporation (the "Contractor"). In consideration of the <br /> mutual benefits and covenants contained herein,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Purpose of Agreement; Scope of Services. The purpose of this Agreement is to <br /> restore, enlarge, print, mount, and preserve a collection of historical photographs documenting <br /> the life and career of Senator Henry M. (Scoop) Jackson and to make those documents available <br /> for public display by the Contractor at a public celebration to be held in Everett on May 31, <br /> 2012, and thereafter as provided herein. The scope of services is as defined in Schedule A <br /> attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> 2. Term of Agreement; Time of Performance. This Agreement shall be effective upon <br /> execution by both parties. Payment by the County shall be made as set out in Section 3. This <br /> Agreement shall thereafter remain in effect for the useful life of the photographs described in <br /> Schedule A. <br /> 3. Compensation. The County will pay the Contractor for services at a flat fee of <br /> $2,500. The Contractor shall by June 30, 2012, deliver an invoice to the County accompanied by <br /> the written report described in. Schedule A. The County will pay the fee in a lump sum within 30 <br /> days after receipt of the invoice and report. <br /> 4. Credit.
