9 <br /> Schedule A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> CONTRACTOR: City of Everett <br /> PROJECT: Production of historical photographs for public display at Henry M.(Scoop) <br /> Jackson Centennial celebration and other public events <br /> 1. The Contractor will restore,enlarge,print,and mount in large(poster size)format a series of <br /> fifteen historical photographs selected from the archives of the Henry M.Jackson Foundation <br /> depicting the life and career of Senator Henry M.Jackson from his boyhood in Everett, <br /> Snohomish County,through his 42-year career representing the State of Washington as a United <br /> States Senator. The photographs will depict key events in Mr.Jackson's life and career. <br /> 2. The photographs will highlight Senator Jackson's leadership and accomplishments in the areas of <br /> natural resource conservation through his authorship of the National Environmental Policy Act, <br /> and legislation he sponsored to preserve park lands and wilderness areas throughout the United <br /> States,including the North Cascades Park,Olympic National Park, and Alpine Lakes Wilderness <br /> in Washington State. - <br /> 3. The photographs will be exhibited at the Henry M:(Scoop)Jackson Centennial celebration to be <br /> held on May 31,2012,in the Edward D.Hansen Conference Center at Comcast Arena in Everett, <br /> Washington,in a manner that will educate and inform the viewing public of Senator Jackson's <br /> legacy in hopes of inspiring and motivating the next generation of local public leaders. <br /> 4.,;-At the conclusion of the celebration the photographs will be preserved by the Contractor and <br /> made available to Snohomish County and other local governments,schools,and non-profit <br /> institutions for temporary public display and related educational purposes at no cost to the <br /> County. <br /> 5. The Contractor will prepare and present to the County with the invoice for services performed <br /> under this Agreement a written report containing a detailed description of(a)the photographs that <br /> were restored,enlarged,printed,and/or mounted under this Agreement; (b)a statement of where <br /> the photographs will be stored and maintained by the Contractor;and(c)a statement of the <br /> process to be followed by the County and other institutions when accessing the photographs for <br /> public display as provided herein,if any. The Contractor may impose reasonable conditions on <br /> use of the photographs consistent with the purpose of the Agreement. <br /> 52 <br />
