The project will involve unavoidable impacts to wetlands <br /> regulated under the Clean Water Act. Permits will be needed from both the Army Corps of Engineers and <br /> Washington State Department of Ecology. <br /> The City has asked ICF Jones and Stokes to document existing conditions and prepare the supporting <br /> documentation required for a complete permit application submittal for the necessary permits. <br /> RECOIVIIVIENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with ICF Jones and Stokes to provide <br /> services in support of the City's Clean Water Act 404/401 permit application submittal for the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility in the amount of$101,607. <br /> 57 <br />
