This Order includes all specific additional Findings and Conclusions and Order. This Order is the controlling document in this matter. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Donald S. Turnbull, Respondent, is the owner of record of property at 5630 Commercial Avenue, Everett, Washington (property). Jillian Elizabeth Turnbull, daughter of the Respondent, and, Andrew Scott Turnbull, son of the Respondent, currently occupy the residence on the property.
