• <br /> 12 <br /> F ESE LI CCLOU ED® <br /> HOSTING AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> FIBERCLOUD,INC. <br /> This Agreement is dated as of May 4,2012,by and between the City of Everett(the <br /> "City")and FiberCloud,Inc., ("FiberCloud"). <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> A. Snohomish County buys their internet service from FiberCloud. The City uses a <br /> portion of the service that FiberCloud provides under that agreement. <br /> B. The City intends to use the domain`EVERETTWA.GOV.' FiberCloud and the <br /> City have determined that the best path is to have the City's A Record(web page domain)and <br /> our Mx Record(e-mail domain)hosted by FiberCloud as FiberCloud is providing the internet <br /> link for the City(via the County). <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FiberCloud will host the City's `EVERETTWA.GOV'A Record and Mx Record in <br /> accordance with usual industry standards. This hosting will be free-of-charge.
