This agreement is to provide support services needed to implement an alternative contract delivery method using a General Contractor/Construction Manager(GC/CM)contract for the Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion—Phase C. Amendment No. 2 modifies the scope and budget to encompass the City's decision to. include a Phased GC/CM approach to the project,thus allowing the liquid stream improvements to be completed and on-line as soon as possible. In addition,the amendment provides for support services during the pre-construction portion of Phase Cl of the project. This requires an additional budget of$255,590.00. • RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with SAIC Energy, Environment&Infrastructure,LLC for the Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion—Phase C project for an additional $255,590.00. 1
