The Key Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvement Project consisted of improvements to the building and infrastructure such as seismic improvements,roof replacement,new plumbing and fixtures, a new fire sprinkler system, a new HVAC system, and new electrical service. Revenues: Expenses CIP4 $1,900,000.00 Design $ 178,721 Construction $1,095,918.10 Project Costs $ 83,452.90 $1,358,092.00 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the Ordinance closing the special construction fund entitled"Key Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvement Project," Fund 342,Program 012 as established by Ordinance No. 3046-07, and amended by Ordinance 3132-09. 7
