City Council Staff Report <br /> Lakeshore Condominium Rezone, located east of Silver Lake on 19th <br /> Avenue SE <br /> A. Introduction: <br /> This 1.9 acre multifamily property is located east of Silver Lake at 11325 19th Avenue SE. The <br /> property is known as the Lake Shore at Silver Lake Condominiums. <br /> The proposed action is to rezone the B-1 (Neighborhood Business)portion of the property to R-3 <br /> (Multiple Family). <br /> The recommended action would fit the zoning to the current and projected use, and would make the <br /> zoning consistent with the underlying Comprehensive Plan designation. <br /> B. Background: <br /> 1. The subject area is in the Silver Lake neighborhood. Staff met with the Neighborhood on <br /> February 2nd of this year, and also met with a representative of the Condominium Association <br /> regarding this action. <br /> 2. This property was zoned B-1 at an earlier date due to an error on a legal description. <br /> 4. There has been no written correspondence regarding this proposal. <br /> 104 <br />
