The requested action must be supported by the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Response: According to the zone equivalency table found in the Comprehensive Plan(Land Use <br /> Element,page 76),the 1.6 (Multiple Family) designation should be implemented by the R-3 zone. <br /> 2.
