This proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment and rezone promotes the best long term <br /> interest of the Everett Community. (findings 1,2, 3,4, 5 and 7) <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> • <br /> Section 1: Approval of Rezone. <br /> 1. Change the zoning on the south portion of the Lake Shore Condominium property from B-1 <br /> (Neighborhood Business)to R-3 (Multiple Family),as depicted in Exhibit A, amending <br /> Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended. <br /> Section 2: Legal Description. <br /> The legal description of the area affected by this action is described in Exhibit B,which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Any conflict between the legal description and map shall be resolved by referring to the map. <br /> Section 3: Incorporation. <br /> Exhibits A, and B are hereby made part of this approval and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 4.
