RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their <br /> disposition. <br /> WHEREAS,the City has a 1994 Caterpillar 416B Backhoe designated as#H0003 in its <br /> fleet; and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or <br /> disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a <br /> public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated <br /> value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced <br /> vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of Everett: <br /> 1. The 1994 Caterpillar 816B Backhoe designated as#H0003 is no longer of value or <br /> use to the City; and <br /> 2.
