- t t4' l�q ay 4 . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special construction fund entitled <br /> "Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund,"Fund 339, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2693-03 and amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 3039-07. <br /> WHEREAS,the special construction fund entitled"Water and Sewer System Improvements <br /> Fund,"Fund 339, was established to provide for critical water and sewer system capital <br /> improvements from 2003 to 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special construction fund entitled"Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund,"Fund <br /> 339, as established by Ordinance No. 2693-03 and amended by Ordinance No. 3039-07 be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund," <br /> Fund 339, are as follows: <br /> A. Project Expenses <br /> Capital Projects-Water $ 99,658,861 <br /> Capital Projects-Filtration 33,128,105 <br /> Capital Projects- Sewer 110,163,994 <br /> Capital Projects- Surface Water 1,502,701 <br /> Transfer Remaining Fund Balance 12,843,806 <br /> Total Project Costs $ 257,297,468 <br /> 26 <br />
