29 TASK 3—Recommendations For each equipment in the listing of submittal 2,provide a narrative recommendation of corrective actions.This will be a series of options and the corresponding recommended corrective action. The recommendations will include the procedures for approaching/working on equipment or de-energizing equipment so that the equipment is safe to work on. As the Water Filtration Plant is modified electrically,consideration will need to be given to updating the Arc Flash Study and/or labels in whole or in part. The City will need to re-evaluate the category risks and any equipment modified. A recommendation and description identifying the practicalities of when,where and how to update the risk categories,labels or Arc Flash Study itself;will be provided. This will include identification into design standards or specification so that the City will have available'a criteria to implement with each project. Recommendations will also include reference to regulations applicable to testing equipment to verify that it is de- energized,with a practical description on its use. The recommendations will be provided in a table format. Submittal Task 3—Narrative with recommendations 24 hours is estimated for Task 3. Task 4—Expenses Budget For reimbursable expenses a budget of$1,000. Deliverables The following documents are the deliverables and will be combined into one report for the project: 1. Task 1—Listing of Equipment Category 3 or higher. 2. Task 2—Descriptions of a Series of Corrective Actions Options 3.
