Staff time spent in <br /> depositions,trial preparation and court or hearing testimony will be billed at one and one-half times the above rates.Time spent <br /> after normal working hours,on weekends,or on holidays,at the specific request of Client,will be charged at the above rates plus <br /> 25 percent. Time spent in either local or inter-city travel, when travel is in the interest of this contract, will be charged in <br /> accordance with the foregoing schedule.
