The purpose is to begin a process where the City can get the a endment to a public notification and review of property owners in the area. In the meantime,the Cit can complete the analysis, and begin review of redevelopment potential along that part of the corri• r. With the adoption of the Downtown Plan in 2006,the City removed the off street parking require -nts for non-residential uses which encouraged the reuse of buildings in downtown core.
