A vacant one acre property where the proposal is to amend the Comprehensive Plan designation from 1.3 (Multiple Family)to 4.4 (Mixed Use Commercial), and to change the zoning from R-1 (Single Family)to E-1 MOU(Evergreen Way—Mixed Use Overlay zone).
