Mr. Larsen presented a graph'. if the site.
The Scrupps Comprehensive Plan amendment an, rezone is located at 9th Avenue West, south of 100th
Street. The request is to amend the Comprehen: ve Plan designation from 1.6 (Multiple Family)to 4.4
(Mixed Use Commercial) and a rezone from R-1 Single Family)to E-1 MUO. This action would combine
this property with the E-1 MUO area as a resul of the Evergreen Way Revitalization Plan efforts. Mr.
Larsen presented a graphic of the site.
The objective of the Dogwood Comprehens' e Plan amendment is to provide consistency between the
Comprehensive Plan designation and the z' ning. The site is located on Mukilteo Boulevard, west of
Olympic and Dogwood. The request ame ds the Comprehensive Plan designation from 4.1
(Neighborhood Business) to 4.2-(Commu, ity Business) which is consistent with the existing B-2
(community business) zone. The incons'.tency was noted when the Church was being rezoned. Mr.
Larsen presented graphics of the site.
" The Lakeshore (Silver Lake) Condomi r urns rezone request is from B-1 (Neighborhood Business)to R-3
(Multi Family) which would provide onsistency between the Comprehensive Plan designation and
zoning. The current Comprehensi - Plan designation supports the R-3 rezone. This inconsistency was
created because there was a mis .ke in the original legal description. The location of the site is at 11325
19th Ave SE. Mr. Larsen present'd a graphic of the site.
The 23rd Drive SE Comprehensive Plan amendment and rezone request includes properties that were
part of a church/commercial area development, then platted. The church and commercial uses
preceded the road. The houses were built under the zoning which was allowed in those zones which has
created a long term expectation of a single family use. The request includes five properties south of
23`d,to amend the Comprehensive Plan map designation from 2.1(Schools/Churches)to 1.2 (Single
Family)and change the zone from R-3 (Multiple Family)to R-1 (Single Family). For the two properties at
the west end of 23rd, north side, amend the Comprehensive Plan map designation from 4.4(Mixed Use
Commercial/Multiple Family)to 1.2 (Single Family) and change the zone from R-3 (Multiple Family)to
R-1 (Single Family). The site is located on 23rd Drive SE, north of 116th St SE. The objective of the request
is to fit the land use designation and zoning to the current and anticipated use of the site. Mr. Larsen
presented graphics of the site.
The Englet Comprehensive Plan amendment and rezone is d .e to a split zone on the property located at
Kromer Avenue, west of the downtown core area. The req est is for a Comprehensive Plan amendment
from 1.2 (Single Family)to 1.6(Multiple Family) and a rez. e from M-2 (Heavy Industrial)to R-3
(Multiple Family). The objective is to ensure the subject property has one designation and zone that
matches the adjacent zone and uses. Mr. Larsen prese ed some graphics of the site.
The Forgotten Creek rezone is located west of the d.' ntown core. The request is due to a split zone on
the property.
