The request includes five properties south of <br /> 23rd, to amend the Comprehensive Pla map designation from 2.1 (Schools/Churches)to 1.2 (Single <br /> Family) and change the zone from R- (Multiple Family) to R-1 (Single Family). For the two properties at <br /> the west end of 23rd, north side, am d the Comprehensive Plan map designation from 4.4 (Mixed Use <br /> Commercial/ Multiple Family)to 1 (Single Family) and change the zone from R-3 (Multiple Family)to <br /> R-1 (Single Family).
