Final Geotechnical Interpretative Report. <br /> Task 607 - Public Involvement Assistance <br /> This task is for assisting the City in communicating with the public in the project vicinity through <br /> open meetings and announcements. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The City will be responsible for leading the public participation effort. The City shall be <br /> responsible for coordinating and scheduling meeting facilities, recording and distributing <br /> meeting summaries. <br /> • Task budget is based on the Consultant preparing and attend a maximum of two (2) <br /> meetings for the project. <br /> • Except for the project site map, it is anticipated that graphic materials, plan sheets and <br /> aerial exhibits, etc. will be from materials otherwise developed by the Consultant during <br /> their course of work. <br /> Activities: <br /> • The Consultant will assist by preparing exhibits from otherwise-prepared working drawings <br /> and accompanying City staff at public open house meetings and/or neighborhood/property <br /> owner meetings, anticipated to occur between 60% and 90% complete, and as requested by <br /> the City. The Consultant will prepare for and present on technical aspects of the project <br /> related to the work of this scope and to participate.in Q&A during the meetings. An <br /> allowance of 36 hours is included in the budget for this purpose. <br /> • Also furnish a project site map that delineates the extent of pavement replacement for the <br /> overall project. Differentiate between trench-patching, grind and overlay and full-width <br /> pavement replacement.
