<br /> more or less, to the centerline of Lombard Avenue;thence South along the center of Lombard
<br /> Avenue a distance of 540.35 feet;thence due East 150 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
<br /> thence due South 129 feet, more or less,to the south line of the North half of the SW%ofthe
