The approved set of plans call for a double 2x6 top plate. Construction <br /> considerations dictate that 2-2x spacer plates needed to be added above the top plate. The <br /> spacer plates were installed without the proper top plate stagger. <br /> Complete the tension connection with Simpson+ Strong T;es LSTA 24 or CS 2O -l; steel <br /> strapping per enclosure (1).
