Review the hydraulics and assumptions made in the CSP regarding the three <br />alternatives and explore up to two additional alternatives that may be less expensive, <br />more effective, can be implemented in phases, or have other benefits.. <br />2. Evaluate upsizing the 54 -inch pipe from DS -0 to WPCF Headworks. This also <br />addresses the hydraulic restriction with the added benefit of providing screening for this <br />additional flow and not depositing it in the oxidation pond. Coordinate with the City <br />regarding the options. <br />3. Establish constraints for constructing new pipelines into the existing oxidation pond with <br />regard to how the construction would impact the existing sediments within the pond. <br />4.
