In accordance with M&N's scope of services, M&N conducted <br /> periodic site visits and construction observation during the construction phase of the project. Such visits and <br /> observation were not intended to be an exhaustive check or a detailed inspection of the contractor's work. However, <br /> observed deficiencies were brought to the Client's attention verbally and/or via site visit memorandums. Based on <br /> M&N's observation, and to the best of M&N's knowledge, information,and belief,the work was performed in general <br /> conformance with the contract documents.The assessment of general conformance does not apply to project <br /> elements observed by others. <br /> Items Observed During Construction <br /> During construction M&N personnel performed site visits to perform general observation of construction Site visits <br /> were scheduled to coincide with weekly construction meeting and milestones of construction.
