Per review of the old report and drawings, only lots 1-7 (and the private road) of the plat were designed and accounted for in the detention system sizing under the private road. Lots 8-11 (project located on lot 11) were only specified with draining the roof drains to a infiltration/dispersion trench along the 25' stream setback with no sizing or impervious areas notated for any lot. Hopefully this make things a little easier. Let me know if you have any more questions on this or need copies of the original plat info, thanks. And I'm sure that the amount of impervious area on the lot has, at this point, exceeded the amount of impervious area that was assumed in the underlying drainage report/drainage design. I'm sorry, but I don't believe I can approve this patio addition without reviewing the old report. I need to head off to a meeting right now, but I'll see if I can find a copy later this morning.
