difficult to have the depression pond in the front from stairs to stairs as there wouldave been too much slope off back <br /> of sidewalk and around the stairs on the home on the left. We have monitored during 4 heavy rains and the water <br /> disburses through the ground well and no water has overflowed out the spillway. With that said can you approve it that <br /> way? With the sewer stub and existing elevations with the 2 homes on each side that was the elevation that worked to <br /> match.
