At that time I <br /> arrested and was booked into jail and was released to <br /> detectives for further investigation. He was later released. The search warrant yielded a firearm, over 27 grams of <br /> methamphetamine, a large quantity of heroin, and narcotics packaging material. <br /> On 12/2/11 at about 0722hrs, I was patrolling the area of the Best Inn. I observed and back at <br /> room 211. was outside and upon si ht of m atrol car quickly ran to the room. I then parked my patrol <br /> car, approached, and knocked on the door answered the door. I have a good rapport with <br /> and we spoke about the events that occurred the previous day. I asked for permission to enter the <br /> room and he said "sure, you took everything put of it yesterday". I askew if there was anyone else <br /> inside the room and he stated "yeah". He then got very quiet and stated 'ran into the bathroom when you <br /> showed up". <br /> I then knocked on the bathroom door and a male spoke up. I asked him to step outside of the bathroom and he <br /> advised that he was dying of cancer and would be a minute. Through the door he advised his name was <br /> _ A check through dispatch showed_had no record, but was an AKA for _is 6ft6 <br /> 2401bs. <br /> Officer Burnsarrived as cover.eventually exited the bathroom and I observed that he fit the <br /> description of Officer Burns advised that left in the toilet after exited the bathroom was a <br /> methamphetamine pipe. Officer Burns retrieved this item. <br /> It should be noted that the previous day while executing the narcotics search warrant I removed all items of drug <br /> paraphernalia. <br /> I believed was lying about his name and he was placed under arrest for making false or misleading <br /> statements to a public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia. I advised of his constitutional rights <br /> from my department issued Miranda card._advised that he understood his rights and would speak with me. <br /> I certify(or declare)under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
