The rights of way being vacated are located within Senator Henry M. Jackson Park Master Plan and a component of that park's master plan adopted by the City Council on May 11,2011. Notice was provided and on August 8,2012,a public hearing to consider the proposed vacation was held and no public comments were received. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the attached Ordinance vacating a portion of Chestnut Street and 17th Street lying within the Plat of Riverdale Addition to Everett subject to the conditions as set forth in the Ordinance. 113
