Jackson Park Master Plan and a <br /> component of that park's master plan adopted by the City Council on May 11,2011. <br /> Notice was provided and on August 8,2012,a public hearing to consider the proposed vacation was held and <br /> no public comments were received. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt the attached Ordinance vacating a portion of Chestnut Street and 17th Street lying within the Plat of <br /> Riverdale Addition to Everett subject to the conditions as set forth in the Ordinance. <br /> 113 <br />
