• <br /> fc" <br /> `' <br /> � f 1 9 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer Road,"Fund 303, Program <br /> 094,to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and identified funds to construct <br /> landslide repairs to Lowell Larimer Road; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 094, entitled"2011 <br /> Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer Road,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> • <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 094, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> • <br /> The sum of$800,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 094, "2011 Landslide <br /> Repair—Lowell Larimer Road,"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $ 800,000.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 800,000.00 <br /> • <br /> B.
