BRIEF DESCRIPTION: • The U.S.Department of Homeland Security(DHS),Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA)is providing funds to state and local units of government through the FFY10 Buffer Zone Protection Program(BZPP),the U.S. Department of Homeland Security(DHS) provides funds to increase the preparedness capabilities of jurisdictions responsible for the safety and security of communities surrounding high-priority Critical Infrastructure and Key resource(CIIKR)assets through planning and equipment acquisition. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Department and Sub-grantee acknowledge and accept the terms of this Grant Agreement and attachments hereto and have executed this Grant Agreement as of the date and year written below. This Grant Agreement Face Sheet, Special Terms and Conditions (Exhibit A), General Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B), Statement of Work (Exhibit C) and Budget (Exhibit D) govern the rights and obligations of both parties to this Grant Agreement .
