1 ATTACHMENT I: <br /> PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 2012 Jobs Now Act Grant - Direct Appropriation Project <br /> Project Title: City of Everett—Tulalip/Everett Water Pipeline: Segment#4 <br /> The project's scope of work is comprised of the following activities: <br /> • Construct 5,395 feet of open cut 48"steel, concrete lined transmission pipe: <br /> o Roadway will be saw-cut, dewatering wells installed and a water balance <br /> achieved • <br /> o Soil materials will be excavated and removed for environmentally safe re-use <br /> o Pipe bedding will be placed, <br /> o Pipe installed, covered,compacted <br /> o Roadway will be repaved to the specification for the original use <br /> • Pipe will be connected to in-place existing pipe, telemetry and meters that were <br /> installed in previous phase <br /> If the above scope of work includes engineering, planning or design activities, the Grantee shall <br /> make all plans and documents funded in whole or in part by this Grant available for the DOH's <br /> review upon reasonable request. <br /> The project will be considered complete when all the activities identified in the above scope of <br /> work are complete. <br /> Project Performance Measures: <br /> 1. Create/or sustain 30 construction jobs for the period of project construction. <br /> 2. Completion of Segment#4 pipeline will provide additional water to Smith Island <br /> in the City of Everett and 2 MGD will be available for use in Quil Ceda Village. <br /> DOH Grant N19726 ge 22 of 26 City of Everett <br />
