The amounts paid to the contractor under this contract are as follows: • The contract total paid to date is$5,539,707.83, exclusive of Washington State sales tax. • • The amount of retainage withheld is $0.00. • The amount of Washington State sales tax paid is $476,414.87. • The total contract amount paid inclusive of Washington State sales tax but exclusive of retainage is $6,016,122.70. • RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): • Accept the Transmission Line 3, Phase 7 Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with IMCO General Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond held by the Fidelity&Deposit Co. of Maryland. • 49 •
