Granite Construction Company, of Everett, <br /> WA, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of$391,901.00. <br /> This project will construct the repairs needed to repair the shoulder damages caused by a landslide that <br /> occurred in 2011. The City had to close one lane of the road as a precautionary measure because of erosion <br /> under a 230 foot-long segment of the shoulder of the road. The construction will repair a 250 linear foot <br /> segment of the shoulder and include drainage improvements. <br /> The funding source for the construction contract is: <br /> Fund 303,Program 094 $ 391,901.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award the bid for the 2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell-Larimer Road Project to Granite Construction <br /> Company in the amount of$391,901.00, including Washington State sales tax. <br /> 37 <br />
