Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subgrantee will be responsible for administering the Domestic Violence Services program in a <br /> manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> [Complete description of activity to be undertaken including what projects,products or services are to be performed, <br /> where they are to be provided, for whom they are to be provided, how they are to be provided] <br /> Domestic Violence Services will use CDBG and other funds for pre-development and <br /> development costs for the project which includes the conversion of the Oswald <br /> Army Reserve buildings into a 52-bed shelter, administrative offices, supportive <br /> services, commercial kitchen and associated parking and play areas for <br /> approximately 52 people. It also includes future construction of 20 units of <br /> affordable housing along with additional parking lot and play areas for <br /> approximately 68 people. <br /> A-1 <br />
