24 Preconstruction Services Contract <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion <br /> Phase Cl (Liquid Stream), Phase C2(Solids Handling) <br /> be negotiated by the Owner and GC/CM. Any additional work shall be <br /> individually authorized in writing as an amendment to this Contract, signed by <br /> both the Owner and GC/CM. The amendment must be executed prior to <br /> performance of the additional work by the GC/CM. Unless otherwise provided <br /> for in'an amendment, such additional work shall be performed at the fully <br /> loaded hourly rates as identified in Attachment A, "Preconstruction Work <br /> Plan" to this Contract. <br /> 25.
