3 Task# 2 - Develop Master Critical-Path Preconstruction Schedule with Updates Task Description Develop a master critical-path Preconstruction schedule. The master critical-path schedule will be based on Owner established project milestones, permitting agency requirements and any project funding considerations. The master critical path schedule will focus on preconstruction activities and the deliverables from those activities. Activities will include-design team deliverable dates, permit applications and review durations,construction cost and schedule development dates and durations for each preconstruction milestone. It will also include early procurement activities • based on preconstruction activities and construction milestone requirements.
