The subject project will reduce CSO overflows that <br /> have been discharging to the Snohomish River. The Washington State Department of Ecology has provided <br /> grant funding for this project. <br /> The grant amount is$1 million and requires a local 25%match. The total project cost estimate is $6,435,794 <br /> and includes at least$1,333,334 in eligible project costs. All work for the project including design, <br /> permitting and construction must be completed prior to the grant expiration date of June 30,2015. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign 2012 State Stormwater Grant Agreement G1200541 with the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology in the amount of$1,000,000 with a City share of$333,334. <br /> 1 <br />
