The RECIPIENT will provide construction oversight and management of the project. <br /> B. The RECIPIENT will submit a detailed construction quality assurance plan to the <br /> DEPARTMENT before the start of construction.This plan must describe how adequate <br /> and competent construction oversight will be performed. <br /> C. The RECIPIENT will submit a construction schedule to the DEPARTMENT within 30 <br /> days of the start of construction. The construction schedule will be revised and/or <br /> updated whenever major changes occur and at a minimum of every three months.The <br /> RECIPIENT will submit the construction schedule to the DEPARTMENT with the <br /> quarterly report. When changes in the construction schedule affect previous cash flow <br /> estimates,revised cash flow projections must also be submitted to the DEPARTMENT. • <br /> D. Prior to execution,the RECIPIENT will submit eligible change orders that are a <br /> significant deviation from the DEPARTMENT reviewed plans and specifications in <br /> writing for DEPARTMENT review and approval for payment. All other change orders <br /> must be approved by the DEPARTMENT for technical merit and should be submitted <br /> within 30 days after execution. Change orders are to be signed by the contractor,the <br /> engineer(if appropriate), and the RECIPIENT prior to submittal to the DEPARTMENT <br /> for approval. <br /> E. Upon completion of construction,the RECIPIENT will provide to the DEPARTMENT's <br /> Project Manager a Stormwater Construction Completion Form signed by a professional <br /> engineer, indicating that the project was completed in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications and major change orders approved by the DEPARTMENT's Project <br /> Engineer and shown on the Record Drawings.
