For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, commercial, and industrial <br /> users, etc.)the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula: <br /> Sewer services charge per month= $5.855 per 100 cubic feet of metered water consumption <br /> (The monthly charge includes Surface Water Quality Protection and Enhancement and the <br /> current state utility tax.) <br /> The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be$52.70 per month. <br /> C. Septage volume fees: $0.2159 per gallon of discharge <br /> Section 8: Effective January 1, 2016, and thereafter, service charges for City of Everett surface water <br /> management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer <br /> service as follows: <br /> A.
