5 <br /> Section 24: The City of Everett will review the water system user charges at least annually and revise <br /> the rates as necessary to ensure that adequate water service revenues are generated to pay the costs of <br /> operation and maintenance including replacement and that the system, continues to provide for <br /> proportional distribution of costs of operation and maintenance including replacement among users. <br /> Section 25: Sections 1 through 12 of this Ordinance are to be codified as follows: Sections 1 and 2— <br /> 14.04.020A, Sections 3 and 4 — 14.04.020B, Sections 5 and 6 — 14.04.OIOC, Sections 7 and 8 — <br /> 14.04.020D, Section 9 — 14.16.710, Section 10 — 14.16.711, Section 11 — 14.16.712 and Section 12— <br /> 14.16.713. <br /> Section 26: Severability.
