gatractbr <br /> • <br /> AMENDMENT NO.1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETW bEN <br /> ME CITY OF EV-EMELT <br /> AND <br /> DLR GROUP <br /> The City and DLR Group agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement dated <br /> November 9, 2010 (the"Agreement")as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,The DLR Group and the City of Everett entered into an agreement dated November <br /> 9, 2010 ("Agreement")to provide complete design documents and construction administration <br /> on the Everett Municipal Court Project;and <br /> WIWREAS, additional design and construction administration is required to complete the <br /> Everett Municipal Court Project;and <br /> WPI HREAS,the total compensation stated in the Agreement is insufficient to complete the <br /> project and an additional$35,960.00 of contract value is needed to complete the project; and <br /> WHEREAS the City and DLR group agree to increase'the maximum contpensation by an <br /> additional$35,960.00 from the current contract level of$688,123.00 to $724,083.00; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and DLR Group agree to amend and modify the <br /> previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The following work is added to the Scope of Work described in Exhibit A of the <br /> Agreement: <br /> a. More extensive documentation and exhibits for building layout and staking that was <br /> submitted to the City of Everett on May 23,2011. <br /> b. Construction document revisions to accommodate the PUD electrical transformer being <br /> outside the electrical easement as noted on the site survey. <br /> c. Police building sidewalk design and documentation. <br /> d. Construction document revisions following the June 27, 2011 PUD revised electrical <br /> vault plans that required modifications to the site grading and vehicular sallyport west <br /> wall design. <br /> e. More extensive documentation and exhibits for the new storm sewer stubs locations and <br /> inverts associated with the sewer main replacement. <br /> f. Additional field investigation by John smith of DEA per owner request on February 22, <br /> 2012 to review sanitary sewer connections in the alley. <br /> g. Architectural and electrical design services to revise and expand scope of the Courtroom <br /> audio visual technology. <br /> h. Additional architectural and electrical design services to revise the door security <br /> hardware,cameras, etc throughout the Court building to meet the functional needs of the <br /> Court. <br /> 2.
