The Large Project was developed <br /> by community residents for the 2012 grant cycle for completion in 2013. This project was reviewed by staff <br /> and rated and recommended for approval by a resident review team. This project is a matching fund award, <br /> which residents and merchants will match with volunteer time and contributed donations and services to <br /> match or exceed the value of the City Neighborhood project funds.The attached Resolution details the <br /> recommendations for funding. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Resolution for the expenditure of Neighborhood Project Funds. <br /> 115 <br />
