Anything built,constructed or installed with City funds shall become <br /> City of Everett Property- Contracts with visual artists for creation,purchase,or installation of a <br /> visual art work, as defined by 17 U.S.C. § 101 et sq.shall be approved by the City before <br /> becoming effective. <br /> 5. TERMINATION <br /> The City or the Association may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to <br /> the other party and specifying the effective date.
