Review and comment on draft Chapter 5 addendum. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The City views this process as a refinement of the current conservation plan, rather than as <br /> an overhaul of that plan. <br /> 2. The conservation measure analysis will only include measures already pre-loaded in HDR's <br /> Conservation Model. <br /> 3. The conservation measure analysis will be performed for the collective Everett service area <br /> and will not be performed separately for the City and its various wholesale customers. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. TM explaining the methodology and results of the measure analysis. The TM will be <br /> approximately 20 pages including tables, figures, and attachments <br /> 2. E-mailed Word and PDF files of the draft and final addendum Chapter 5. <br /> Task 6 — Water Rights and System Reliability, Regulatory, <br /> and O&M (CWP Chapters 6, 7, 8) <br /> Objective <br /> Prepare chapter addenda with updated information for 2007 CWP Chapters 6, 7, and 8. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Summarize any water rights inventory status updates. <br /> 2. Discuss any updates of the future supply water rights analysis to meet the 6 and 20-year <br /> demand forecast developed for the CWP update. <br /> 3. Document any changes in the status of existing or proposed interties. <br /> 4. Update the 2007 source of supply analysis regarding the adequacy of water quantity to <br /> meet future demands. <br /> 5.
