In addition,several community organizations will develop school safety <br /> education materials and the Everett Police will provide speed-zone emphasis patrols during the school year. <br /> The funding source for this project is the Safe Routes to School—State Grant. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize a call for bids for the Horizon Elementary School Walk Safety Improvements project. <br /> 14 • <br />
