If older payment materials are encountered below the asphalt wearing surface,which cannot be penetrated by hollow <br /> stem auger,it will be necessary to employ a concrete coring specialty contractor. This would be considered an additional service. <br /> 4. This work scope excludes evaluation of potential presence or absence of contaminated or hazardous materials in soil or groundwater. <br /> 5.
