ARTICLE 6 - SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br /> All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement are expected to comply with <br /> W.I.S.H.A. (Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act) regulations and City policies and <br /> rules related thereto. Employees knowingly violating such policies, rules and regulations shall <br /> be subject to disciplinary action which may include suspension and discharge. No supervisor <br /> shall require an employee to go or be in any employment or place of employment which is not <br /> safe according to W.I.S.H.A. standards. <br /> Page 6 <br />
