City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1,2017 through December 31,2017 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms,Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization: Snohomish County Legal Services <br /> Program: Civil Legal Aid to Low Income Everett Residents <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> Civil legal aid. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: <br /> Legal Aid to Low Income Everett Residents,who are disabled,elderly,youth,with limited English skills,or otherwise <br /> vulnerable and have legal needs that impact their ability to meet their daily needs for shelter and food, by assisting them in <br /> legal actions involving consumer, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy,or family law that will help them maintain a home and have <br /> adequate income to provide for themselves and their families. <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services anticipates this grant will fund a total of 930 units of service for(unduplicated count) 155 <br /> Everett residents each year(define period—month,quarter, etc.) <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2017 through 12/31/2017, by quarters,will be: <br /> First Qtr.
