Execution of Bonds. The Bonds shall be executed on behalf of the City <br />with the manual or facsimile signature of the signature of the Mayor and attested by the manual <br />or facsimile signature of the City Clerk, and the seal of the City shall be impressed or a facsimile <br />thereof imprinted or otherwise reproduced on the Bonds. <br />Only such Bonds as shall bear thereon a Certificate of Authentication in the form <br />hereinbefore recited, manually executed by the Registrar, shall be valid or obligatory for any <br />purpose or entitled to the benefits of this ordinance.
