I <br />CERTIFICATE <br />I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City Council, of the City of Everett, Washington (the <br />"City") and keeper of the records of the City Council (the "City Council"), DO HEREBY <br />CERTIFY: <br />1. That the attached Ordinance is a hue and correct copy of Ordinance No. of <br />the City Council (the "Ordinance"), duly passed at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br />23rd day of January, 2013. <br />2.
