4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Snohomish Riverfront Trail,"Fund 308,Program 031, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 3237-11. <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Snohomish Riverfront Trail,"Fund 308, <br /> Program 031,was established to provide identified non-motorized improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> • <br /> NOW, T H KREFORE,TNF,CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Snohomish Riverfront Trail,"Fund 308,Program <br /> 031, as established by Ordinance No. 3237-11,be closed. . <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Snohomish Riverfront Trail,"Fund 308, Program <br /> 031,are as follows: <br /> A.
